May 18 @ 7PM: Creating 360 Photos of Book & Film Worlds for Your Facebook Ads and Website
Being able to show people a set you are going to build, a location you’re going to shoot in, a historical location your characters lived in, or a future your characters are going to build is an amazing way to sell your project. In this workshop you’ll learn how to create and render 3D worlds you can place on your Facebook page and website. You’ll find this a wonderful way to promote your work and share your ideas. Daz Studio is free, and you can buy thousands of environments, props, customizable characters, and special FX at https://www.daz3d.com/shop/ I don’t get a kickback or any payment for recommending DAZ Studio. I just like it and use it all the time. Note, if you aren’t technical, you can hire DAZ experts to create stuff for you on Fiverr cheaply.
MAY 25 @ 7PM Swiftly Vetting, Editing & Finalizing a New Screenplay Prior to Pitching It
Professional screenwriters have a hard time making a living if they churn out just one spec screenplay a year. In order to earn a good living from screenwriting, you need to be able to write screenplays quickly, and you need to know for sure they are good before you ship them out. In this workshop we review how to confirm your screenplay has a great character and plot, that actors like it, that audience like it, and there are no errors in spelling, grammar, and format that will turn people off. This process takes a month rather than a year, and gives you the confidence required to pitch your screenplay because you know, for a fact, that it’s good.
If you have any questions about upcoming workshops, or need help finding a solution to a particular problem you have, just email firstname.lastname@example.org.
I look forward to hearing from you :)
